I am certified in mindfulness and well-being through the Mindfulness Foundation Trainer Program from the Mindfulness Science Centre. I have completed The Science of Well-Being for Teens from Yale University (via Coursera). I have also completed Mindfulness Matters from the Institute of Child Psychology (Online).
